We open Monday to Friday from 8:00am unitl 6:00pm.
The Triage system opens at 8:00am.

We close on bank holidays and we will be closed from 1:00pm on the following a half days for staff training:

If you live within our catchment are you may be able to register with the practice.

Swiftqueue is an online platform used by the NHS to manage and streamline some appointment booking, such as blood tests, for patients.

During a recent visit to the Doctor you may have been asked to monitor your blood pressure at home. There are severa ways to send us these readings:

1. You will be asked to take your blood pressure readings twice each day, for seven days and you may be able to borrow a blood pressure monitor from the practice if one is available or you can use your own monitor if you have one. Instructions for use are provided with the monitor.

2. You may also be sent a text asking you to record your blood pressure readings online via a link. To do this, record your readings on paper, open the link and submit the blood pressure readings on the online submission form.

3. You can submit these readings online via our triage System. Click here to use the Triage system and sellect ‘I have an Admin Request’.
The best way to keep up to date with your test results is by using the NHS App. You can register to use the NHS App here.

In the NHS, a carer is defined as anyone, regardless of age, who provides unpaid care and support to a family member, partner, or friend who needs help due to illness, frailty, disability, mental health issues, or addiction. The support they provide is essential for the individual to cope without the carer’s help.

From Monday, 3rd February, triage opening times will be 8:00am. Please note that paper booking forms will no longer be accepted from that date.

Patients without internet access can call the surgery between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. Our Reception team will assist in completing the required form over the phone.

Set up over 12 years ago, The Tutbury Practice Patient Forum meets every two months in the Tutbury Village Hall, (situated next to the Health Centre).

We currently only use facebook which we use to promote current NHS campaigns and local social events dealing with health and wellfare. We also use facebook to update patient with urgent information and service staus messages.
