Non-urgent advice: Total Triage – Important patient information

From 1st June 2024 how we deal with appointments, clinical queries and requests changed.

Instead of simply phoning us and possibly waiting ages to be answered, our Triage system can now help you contact us between 7.30am to 2.00pm every working day to submit a clinical or non-clinical query or request.

Click here to see why we are adopting this triage method and how this will work for you.
