Diabetic foot checks are crucial because they prevent serious complications. Many of these are preventable with proper care and regular screenings.

The Diabetes Patient Network for East Staffordshire are asking diabetic patients to complete a survey to help them to get a better understanding of the care diabetic patients receive.
