The Tutbury Practice along with the Tutbury Practice Patient Forum are holding a social event. On Thursday 16th May 2:00 – 3:30pm at Tutbury Community Centre.
Are you over 50 – are you worried about yours or a family members memory, have you or they had a diagnosis of dementia and or/ mental health worries. Please come and speak to an advisor from the Alzheimers Society or someone from Burton & District Mind team
