A: We thank you for your feedback it is lovely to hear and gratefully received..
Q. Actual consultation was fine. However had to wait over 30mins past appointment time. No explanation given. Wait times to check in as self check in still out of order.
A. We apologize for the delay you experienced during your appointment. Occasionally, appointments may run over time. We were aware of the issue with the self-check-in machine, and it has now been resolved.
Q. Reception and the nurse were extremely helpful and I felt very well cared for. I felt as if I was listened to and that I got thorough attention and advice for what is a new condition.

Q. Found the online appointment system a bit of a faff but the receptionist did help me.
A. Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear that you found the online appointment system a bit frustrating. We’re glad the receptionist was able to assist you and make the process smoother. Your input is valuable, and we’ll look into ways to improve the system to make it easier for everyone.
Q. Maybe split the triage appointments so some are released at 7.30am and some are released at 8am.
A. Unfortunately, the current IT software does not allow us to make this change. However, we are continually exploring new ways to improve the system and greatly appreciate any feedback or suggestions you may have.
Q. Be able to have a blood test at tutbury.
A. We do offer blood tests at the surgery, though please note that availability is limited.
