Non-urgent advice: February ’25 Q&A
A: The check in machine was changed recently but we are still appearing to have issues. We have raised this again with our NHS IT support team.
Q. Need to be able to book appointments in advance for non-urgent queries. Seems silly to have to ring up each day when it just needs booking in for the next week or two.
A. Our new triage system is designed to eliminate the need for daily calls. Simply complete a medical query form, and we will send you a link to book an appointment within an appropriate time frame.
