Non-urgent advice: January ’25 Q&A
A: We appreciate your patience and take your feedback seriously. We’ll remind our reception team to keep patients informed of any delays, especially when the check-in machine is out of order. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
Q. Check-in computer not working
A. We are aware of these issues and are waiting for IT to get back to us with a resolution.
Q: I’m aware the pressure on doctors from the NHS but your practice doesn’t seem to let that show and always make me feel welcome so keep being you and making people feel valued and welcome.

Q. This triage service is a joke, twice I’ve filled in a form and all I get is a txt back saying fill in a medical request and the staff are no help at all, I’m ***** fuming.
A. We’re sorry to hear about your experience with our triage service. We understand how frustrating this must have been. Our triage system is in place to ensure urgent medical needs are prioritized, but we’ll review your feedback to see where improvements can be made
